Kdenlive, Openshot, Shotcut are some of the most common ones. There are some cloud based products out there, but if you want to work locally, you're probably going to have to use linux via crostini to get a video editor that you'd consider professional. Honestly, video editing can be crashy and resource-intensive so don't be afraid to pay for something.
I believe `DaVinci - Resolve` is a paid tool which also has a free linux version (with restrictions).
